Dino Bousso (1933-1971)
● TITLE: The viscosity of air at high rates of shear
● AUTHORS: Bousso, D.
● SOURCE: Bulletin of the Research Council of Israel, v. 7C, No. 3, pp. 136-139 (December 1959).
● ABSTRACT: An instrument for the measurement of the viscosity of air at high rates of shear is described together with the reasons for the design chosen. The values obtained for the viscosity were lower than those measured by other methods. An explanation is offered on the basis of the slippage of gas molecules adjacent to surfaces.
