Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS) uses author-supplied PDFs for all online and print publication. Authors are asked to prepare their papers according to the templates and guidelines provided below.
How to submit your paper
Authors will submit their contributions by email to mccqg@phy.olemiss.edu. The
Organizing Committee will sent the manuscripts to external referees for peer
review, inform authors of the status of their papers, ask for revisions (if
necessary) and supply the accepted papers to JPCS. Please do not send your papers directly to JPCS.
Authors will supply their manuscript in both LaTeX2e and PDF formats. JPCS LaTeX2e
template and guidelines are available at the publisher
website. Guidelines for the preparation of the manuscript can also be found
at this link.
NOTE: Contributions written in Microsoft Word will not be
accepted.
Manuscripts should be submitted on or before December
31st, 2009. This is a strict deadline.
Length of manuscripts is limited to 15 pages for
invited talks and 10 pages for contributed talks.
Assignment of Copyright Form
The Assignment of Copyright (AOC) form is included with the LaTeX2e
templates. Authors can submit the AOC electronically (as a PDF) by scanning
the printed and signed form
